Refund policy
Given the nature of our products, for the safety of our company and employees, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges or refunds.
The only exception is if your product arrives damaged because of shipping. In this case, please follow the steps below to have a return approved:
1) Upon arrival of the broken item(s), please take a picture of the item(s).
2) Send an email to highcountryorganis@yahoo.com describing the damaged products from shipping and attach the pictures you took of the damaged item(s).
3) Please allow 2-3 business days for us to review your case.
4) If we approve your case, we may offer you a refund, exchange, in-store credit or similar resolution.
If you do not receive the correct products from your order, we will work with you to find a resolution. This may include sending you the correct products or giving you in store credit. This will be on a case by case basis and must be approved by High Country Organics LLC
